Crock Pot Cheddar Fondue

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan melt butter.
- 2 stir in flour, salt if desired, pepper, mustard and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- 3 gradually add milk.
- 4 bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 mins or til thickened.
- 5 reduce heat.
- 6 add cheese.
- 7 cook and stir til melted.
- 8 transfer to crock pot.
- 9 keep warm on low.
- 10 serve with bread, ham, sausage or broccoli.
