• 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed,squeezed,drained
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 can sliced water chestnuts
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
• 1 package ranch dip mix (or any dip mix)
