Ingredients
- 16 ounces goat cheese, softened,i use chevre
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced finely
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced finely
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix goat cheese and butter until well blended.
- 2 add parsley, green onions and paprika and mix well.
- 3 refrigerate for at least one hour.
- 4 serve with crackers, really good with triscuits.
