Sassy Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup medium salsa
  • minced cilantro
  • chopped olive
  • roasted sunflower seeds

Recipe

  • 1 blend yogurt and salsa.
  • 2 stir in optional ingredients (if you want).
