Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped radish
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temp
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
Recipe
- 1 in a chopper, chop radish and garlic together. mix room temperature cream cheese and all other ingredients together and chill. serve with pita chips or your favorite cracker.
