Ingredients
- 9 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 anchovy, minced
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
- 1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped
- 1/3 cup california black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup italian parsley
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 better done by hand without a food processor.
