Pepperoni Pinwheels

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 combine the pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg yolk.
  • 3 in another bowl, whisk the egg until foamy then set aside.
  • 4 separate dough into four rectangles, seal perforations.
  • 5 spread pepperoni mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4 inches of edges.
  • 6 roll starting with short side then pinch seams to seal.
  • 7 cut each into six slices.
  • 8 place cut side down on greased baking sheets, brush tops with egg .
  • 9 bake at 375 for 12-15 minute.
