Mushrooms Stuffed With Swiss Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
• 1 tablespoon softened butter
• 18 -20 button mushrooms

Recipe

• 1 combine swiss cheese with softened butter.
• 2 remove stems from mushrooms.
• 3 stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
• 4 place mushrooms on a greased cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches from broiler until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
