Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 18 -20 button mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 combine swiss cheese with softened butter.
- 2 remove stems from mushrooms.
- 3 stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
- 4 place mushrooms on a greased cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches from broiler until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
