Melissa's Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
Recipe
- 1 cream together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, parmesan, and garlic until well blended. drain spinach well. rinse artichokes and chop using food processor.
- 2 fold in artichokes and spinach into creamed mixture. spread into greased baking dish.
- 3 bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is lightly browned.
- 4 serve warm with bread or crackers.
