Melissa's Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove

Recipe

  • 1 cream together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, parmesan, and garlic until well blended. drain spinach well. rinse artichokes and chop using food processor.
  • 2 fold in artichokes and spinach into creamed mixture. spread into greased baking dish.
  • 3 bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is lightly browned.
  • 4 serve warm with bread or crackers.
