Ingredients
- 6 slices ham
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 12 green onions, whole and roots trimmed
Recipe
- 1 slice the pieces of ham in half.
- 2 spread cream cheese on each ham slice.
- 3 trim enough of the green part of the onion so it is about 6 inches long.
- 4 place the onion on the ham slice and roll up.
- 5 the ham should be at the end of the onion.
