- 1/2 cup goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons chopped radishes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- crackers or french bread or bagel chips, to serve
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a small bowl.
- 2 refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
