Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped radishes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • crackers or french bread or bagel chips, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a small bowl.
  • 2 refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
