Gatorbek's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, drained or 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, spinach, parmesan, artichokes, mozzarella, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • 3 pour mixture into a medium casserole dish.
  • 4 bake about 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  • 5 sprinkle with paprika and serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or crisp toast.
