Gatorbek's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup chopped spinach, drained or 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, spinach, parmesan, artichokes, mozzarella, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- 3 pour mixture into a medium casserole dish.
- 4 bake about 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
- 5 sprinkle with paprika and serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or crisp toast.
