Crock Pot Artichoke Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 15
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped (not marinated)
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
Recipe
- 1 chop artichoke hearts and dice red pepper.
- 2 mix everything together.
- 3 place in small crock pot for 3 hours, stirring every hour or so. serve with wheat thins or the like.
