Sauteed Artichokes In Lemon Garlic Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 can quartered artichoke heart, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2-1 cup wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a sauteé pan over medium high heat.
  • 2 add garlic and artichokes and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 sauteé garlic and artichokes 3-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and lower heat to medium low.
  • 4 simmer about 10 minutes.
  • 5 serve hot.
