Sauteed Artichokes In Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 can quartered artichoke heart, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2-1 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a sauteé pan over medium high heat.
- 2 add garlic and artichokes and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 sauteé garlic and artichokes 3-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and lower heat to medium low.
- 4 simmer about 10 minutes.
- 5 serve hot.
