Rock 'n' Rollers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup packed washed fresh spinach leaves
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast

Recipe

  • 1 spread each tortilla evenly with 1 ounce of cream cheese.
  • 2 cover with thin layer of preserves and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • 3 arrange spinach leaves and turkey over cheddar cheese.
  • 4 roll up tortillas and trim ends.
  • 5 cut crosswise in half or into 1 inch pieces.
  • 6 wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
