Pepperoni Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 (13 7/8 ounce) package of refrigerated pizza crusts
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup pepperoni slice
• 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce

Recipe

• 1 on a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 16 inch x 10 inch rectangle.
• 2 sprinkle with cheeses and pepperoni.
• 3 roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. cut into 2 inch slices,.
• 4 place cut side down in a greased 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan, lightly press down to flatten.
• 5 bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
• 6 serve with spaghetti sauce if desired.
