Pepperoni Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2-2/3 cup whole milk
  • vegetables, crackers or bread, for dipping

Recipe

  • 1 place cheeses in 1 ½ quart slow cooker; cover and cook until cheeses are melted, about 30 minutes.
  • 2 mix in remaining ingredients, except dippers; cover and cook until hot, about 1 ½ hours.
