Mushroom Rolls

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb mushroom, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe
- 1 saute onions and mushrooms in butter until the onions are clear and soft.
- 2 add cream cheese in chunks.
- 3 add next 4 ingredients.
- 4 stir until cheese melts.
- 5 cool.
- 6 remove crusts from bread.
- 7 roll each slice with a rolling pin.
- 8 spread with mushroom mixture.
- 9 roll like a jelly roll.
- 10 brush with butter.
- 11 freeze.
- 12 to serve.
- 13 cut each roll in three pieces.
- 14 arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
- 15 bake at 400* for 10 to 15 minutes.
