Low Fat Pita Bread Snacks

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 8 sheets pita bread or 8 sheets mountain bread
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch mixed herbs
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brush the pita bread or mountain bread with balsamic vinegar.
  • 2 sprinkle with mixed herbs and / or salt and pepper.
  • 3 cut into bite size pieces.
  • 4 bake in oven at 160 degrees celcius until the bread is crisp.
  • 5 cool and store in an airtight container.
