- 200 g gorgonzola
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g mascarpone
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth mix.
- 2 serve on toast or as a dip, at room temperature.
- 3 enjoy.
