Ingredients

- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 lime, juice of
- 4 tablespoons creme de cassis
Recipe
- 1 wash the melon and then cut the melon into quarter wedges. scrape out seeds.
- 2 sprinkle each quarter with lime juice.
- 3 place the melon wedges on 4 plates and pour 1 tablespoon of creme do cassis over each serving.
