- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- kosher salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and salt, as well as the juice from the lime.
- 2 mix with a spoon till well combined.
- 3 serve!
