"i Don't Have Any Tahini" Hummus

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 drain chickpeas and blend. add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • 2 to make it a tahini recipe, add 1/4 cup tahini. or you could add 1 cup cooked carrots.
