- 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 drain chickpeas and blend. add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 2 to make it a tahini recipe, add 1/4 cup tahini. or you could add 1 cup cooked carrots.
