Salsa Cream Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 1/4 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in an 9 inch round pan, using a knife, cover the bottom of the pan entirely with cream cheese. (the layer can be as thin or as thick as you would like).
  • 3 pour the jar of salsa evenly over the cream cheese.
  • 4 sprinkle the three cheeses over the top of the salsa evenly.
  • 5 place the pan in the oven and cook until all the cheese has melted.
