Salsa Cream Dip

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1/4 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in an 9 inch round pan, using a knife, cover the bottom of the pan entirely with cream cheese. (the layer can be as thin or as thick as you would like).
- 3 pour the jar of salsa evenly over the cream cheese.
- 4 sprinkle the three cheeses over the top of the salsa evenly.
- 5 place the pan in the oven and cook until all the cheese has melted.
