Ingredients

- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Recipe
- 1 melt the margarine in the microwave or on top of the stove.
- 2 stir in the yeast.
- 3 microwave or continue cooking on the stove until the mixture is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- 4 my microwave does this in about 30 seconds.
- 5 stir again and spread on fresh baked bread or toast.
- 6 for vegan use vegan margarine.
