Pickled Garlic

Ingredients

- 2 heads garlic
- 1 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
Recipe
- 1 peel and cut garlic cloves in half.
- 2 heat the vinegar to until boiling.
- 3 add the garlic, salt and herbs and boil for 5minutes. keep a lid on the pan to prevent too much evaporation.
- 4 allow to cool. store in a container, top with some additional vinegar if necessary to cover the garlic cloves.
- 5 store in fridge for 2 weeks before eating.
