Pickled Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs

Recipe

  • 1 peel and cut garlic cloves in half.
  • 2 heat the vinegar to until boiling.
  • 3 add the garlic, salt and herbs and boil for 5minutes. keep a lid on the pan to prevent too much evaporation.
  • 4 allow to cool. store in a container, top with some additional vinegar if necessary to cover the garlic cloves.
  • 5 store in fridge for 2 weeks before eating.
