Pheasant Spread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pheasant breast, cooked, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place all in food processor.
  • 2 pulse a few times until well mixed.
