Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- black pepper, to taste
- fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 using a cheese cloth or a triple ply paper towel over a colander remove some of the excess water from the yogurt.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a food processor and voila! you have a great dip in less than a minute.
