Mexican Pinwheels

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 -12 large flour tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 1. mix all ingredients except tortillas.
  • 2 2. microwave tortillas about 30 seconds, a few at a time to make building pinwheels easier.
  • 3 3. divide mixture among (warm) tortillas, spread evenly and roll up.
  • 4 4. refrigerate at least 1-2 hours or overnight before cutting into 1 inch slices.
  • 5 5. can be served with salsa, sour cream, etc.
