Ingredients

- 8 fresh figs
- 6 ounces blue cheese (to taste)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 cut the figs in half lengthwise and put a tablespoon of blue cheese on top of each half. top this mixture with a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
- 2 put figs on a warm grill and cook until the cheese melts and the figs are heated through.
- 3 serve and enjoy!
