Grilled Fresh Figs And Blue Cheese

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 fresh figs
  • 6 ounces blue cheese (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 cut the figs in half lengthwise and put a tablespoon of blue cheese on top of each half. top this mixture with a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
  • 2 put figs on a warm grill and cook until the cheese melts and the figs are heated through.
  • 3 serve and enjoy!
