Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can chili
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese (or to taste, or use cheddar cheese)
- pickled jalapeno pepper, rings
- sliced black olives
- sour cream (optional)
- frito scoops
Recipe
- 1 set oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spread the softened cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a 7 x 11 or 9-inch baking dish.
- 3 spread the chili on top of the cream cheese, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- 4 bake uncovered for about 12-15 minutes or until the mixture is warmed and the cheese is melted.
- 5 sprinkle the pickled jalapenos and sliced black olives on top.
- 6 serve warm with fritos scoops.
- 7 delicious!
