- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 (1 lb) cans chili without beans
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger with onions. drain the grease.
- 2 stir in all other ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese melts and is bubbly.
- 3 serve hot and scoop in with tortilla chips.
