Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken strips
- 1/2 bag salsa con queso, cheetos
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 grind cheetos in food processor till fine.
- 2 mix all other ingredients together. dredge chicken strips in buttermilk mixture, generously coat chicken with the cheetos. pan fry in peanut oil at 325'f till done.
