Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups breadcrumbs, fresh
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons basil, dry
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces whole oysters (canned)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dry wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 deg.
- 2 combine bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, herbs, and garlic powder.
- 3 sprinkle a third of the mixture in a greased 2 quart casserole.
- 4 spread with the drained oysters, then top with remaining bread mixture.
- 5 combine in a small bowl the oil, wine and lemon juice.
- 6 pour evenly over the mixture in the casserole and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
