Mojos

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 8 tablespoons italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Recipe

  • 1 1. combine poultry seasoning, kosher salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
  • 2 2. cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 3 3. wisk together milk and egg.
  • 4 4. coat each potato slice with egg and milk mixture.
  • 5 5. dredge each slice in crumb mixture and seat aside on a plate to rest.
  • 6 6. add directly to 370 degree f oil and fry until golden brown.
  • 7 i wait to make this until i have slightly older oil as this this recipe completely ruins the oil afterward with the amount of flour in the recipe. the oil is usually brown after i make these. enjoy!
