Ingredients

- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 1. combine poultry seasoning, kosher salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
- 2 2. cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
- 3 3. wisk together milk and egg.
- 4 4. coat each potato slice with egg and milk mixture.
- 5 5. dredge each slice in crumb mixture and seat aside on a plate to rest.
- 6 6. add directly to 370 degree f oil and fry until golden brown.
- 7 i wait to make this until i have slightly older oil as this this recipe completely ruins the oil afterward with the amount of flour in the recipe. the oil is usually brown after i make these. enjoy!
