Mexican Spinach Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pace garlic and lime salsa

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients till well blended in a bowl.
  • 3 pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • 4 bake for about 20-30 minutes or until bubbling hot and ready to serve.
