Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb american cheese, from the deli
  • 1 cup milk
  • jalapeno

Recipe

  • 1 in a double boiler heat milk. shred cheese and add to the milk a little a time, stirring constantly.
  • 2 when milk and cheese are mixed well add the jalapeños along with some of the liquid from the jalapeño jar.
  • 3 stir to mix.
