- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 drain salmon.
- 2 mix salmon and bread crumbs.
- 3 combine next 4 ingredients.
- 4 stir into salmon mix.
- 5 form into 16 each 1" balls.
- 6 heat oil.
- 7 spoon croquettes into hot oil.
- 8 brown well on all sides.
