Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- 8 8-inch flour tortillas
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, add the first 9 ingredients; stir to combine.
- 2 spread 1/2 cup mixture onto each tortilla.
- 3 roll up; wrap individually in saran wrap.
- 4 chill for 8 hours.
- 5 remove saran wrap; cut each roll into 12 slices.
- 6 secure with wooden toothpicks.
- 7 serve with salsa.
