Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 2/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas
  • salsa

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, add the first 9 ingredients; stir to combine.
  • 2 spread 1/2 cup mixture onto each tortilla.
  • 3 roll up; wrap individually in saran wrap.
  • 4 chill for 8 hours.
  • 5 remove saran wrap; cut each roll into 12 slices.
  • 6 secure with wooden toothpicks.
  • 7 serve with salsa.
