Mexican Mush

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar black bean dip
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup picante sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups chihuahua cheese, shredded (or use whatever kind of cheese you want)
  • 2 veggie burgers (any flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sour cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a large pan.
  • 2 sauté onions and garlic until tender.
