Mexican Hot Pepper Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) jar chili peppers, cartitoes (pickled yellow peppers, use brine)
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar hot pickled banana peppers (use brine)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers (drained)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 (32 ounce) cans plum tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 put ingredients through blender and put in sterilized bottles.
  • 2 refrigerate.
  • 3 note: this makes a large batch, you may want to half the recipe - or go with it and share as i do!
