Leprechaun Pies (in Phyllo)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 miniature phyllo cups (freezer section)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 drops green food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 for added crispness, preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 remove the shells from package. place them on a cookie sheet, place them in the oven for 3-5 minutes. allow to cool before filling.

  • 10 •whipped topping.
  • 11 •semisweet or baking squares, shaved.
