Ingredients

- 2 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 1 lb feta cheese, cut into slices
- 1/3 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 with a mortar and pestle or with the bottom of a heavy skillet, coarsely crack peppercorns.
- 2 pat feta dry and put on a platter.
- 3 in a measuring cup stir together pepper and honey and pour over feta.
