Ingredients
- 12 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 (16 ounce) can olives, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 peel the eggs and cut in half.
- 2 in a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture.
- 4 lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color.
- 5 chill.
