- 1 dozen egg
- 1/3 cup reg mustard
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 1 boil eggs 20 min let cool then peel and cut in half put yolk in a separate bowl put in mustard, vinager and sugar and mix do not use mixer. put in egg halves keep in fridge until ready to serve.
