Julie's Picante Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 22 tomatoes
  • 9 hot peppers
  • 5 large onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 30 ounces tomato paste

Recipe

  • 1 cut all vegetables and run through food processor .put all ingredients in a large pot and cook for at least 30-40 min or until desired consistency ( i usually cook it longer) after it is done you can either process it in a hot bath or put it containers and freeze it.
