Italian (house) Stromboli

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (12 inch) flour bread dough
- 1/4 lb capicola ham
- 1/4 lb cooked ham
- 1/4 lb pepperoni
- 1/4 lb provolone cheese
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- bell pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 roll out the dough into an oval/rectangular shape.
- 3 layer on the hams, pepperoni and cheeses until full.
- 4 fold the dough over and cut off excess pieces and the pinch closed, you may need a bit of water to close tightly.
- 5 brush olive oil all over top and sprinkle oregano.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minuted or until browned and cooked throughout.
- 7 slice and serve.
