Italian (house) Stromboli

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 inch) flour bread dough
  • 1/4 lb capicola ham
  • 1/4 lb cooked ham
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 roll out the dough into an oval/rectangular shape.
  • 3 layer on the hams, pepperoni and cheeses until full.
  • 4 fold the dough over and cut off excess pieces and the pinch closed, you may need a bit of water to close tightly.
  • 5 brush olive oil all over top and sprinkle oregano.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minuted or until browned and cooked throughout.
  • 7 slice and serve.
