Hot Leek And Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 leek, sliced very thin and sauteed in
  • butter
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream (i added a tad more)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  • 3 blend together the leeks, cheese, mayonnaise and whipping cream.
  • 4 stir in the artichokes and pimentos.
  • 5 mix well, and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • 6 bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
