Ingredients

- 1/2 lb fresh ground smoked sausage
- 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cooked and drain ground smoked sausage.
- 2 cook mushrooms at 350° for 7 minutes.
- 3 allow to cool.
- 4 mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and parmesan.
- 5 fill each mushroom with 1 teaspoon of filling.
- 6 bake at 350° for 7 minutes.
