Smoked Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb fresh ground smoked sausage
  • 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 cooked and drain ground smoked sausage.
  • 2 cook mushrooms at 350° for 7 minutes.
  • 3 allow to cool.
  • 4 mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and parmesan.
  • 5 fill each mushroom with 1 teaspoon of filling.
  • 6 bake at 350° for 7 minutes.
