Ingredients
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 chop all ingredients and place in a large bowl.
- 2 add liquids and toss.
- 3 let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight so the ingredients blend.
